Leaderboard Questions Before You Join

Open your pk3 account, head to the leaderboard area and choose an active race. Read the rule card first, then enter one of the listed eligible games or markets from that board.

Only the rooms, titles or markets named on that leaderboard count. A slot race may list specific Pragmatic Play or PG Soft titles, while a live board may name certain roulette or baccarat tables.

Some leaderboards update in short batches rather than instantly. Check the refresh label on the board, then compare your session time with the eligible game list before asking support to trace it.

You can join available races shown to your account, where supported and where local law permits. Each board has its own rule card, so check whether the same game can feed more than one race.

When the timer ends, the board stops adding new score activity and moves into final checking. Placement, tie rules and reward bands are then settled according to the rule card for that race.

Qualifying rewards are attached to your pk3 account after final placement checks. If you need help, share the leaderboard name and closing time so support can trace the correct race.
